What is Buildings for People?

It is an effort to transfer Germán Molina's PhD research into the non-academic world. This research was supervised by Micael-Lee Johnstone, Michael Donn and Casimir MacGregor. We think the outcome of this research can impact on Architecture, Real Estate and Public Policy, among other areas.

Carried out at the School of Architecture at Victoria University of Wellington, this research intends to study the more human factors of Comfort in homes from a multidisciplinary approach. This led to, among other things, a new definition of "comfort" that emphasizes much more the role of the people in their homes. This allows for a better understanding of what people want and what impoves their wellbeing.
